@@NeutronDev bro i am facing one another problem. I want to make my git bash auto completed can you provide some reason that can help me . I am trying for some many day pr not find any proper solution. Can you help me??
Hey so what i am looking for is be able to use GitBash as my default terminal for WSL. I just don't like the way Windows Terminal acts on performing a right-click - it simply pastes whatever there's in the clipboard. But the GitBash terminal gives a nice menu to choose the action. I can create a new profile and all per your instructions in the video. But the default terminal is still the Windows terminal. How do I change the default terminal to Gitbash?? Edit: Answering my own question. I found MobaXterm which lets me log into the WSL system and lets me use my right-click as a proper menu and middle-click if i wanted to paste something in without a prompt. Hope it helps someone in the future. Cheers.

@@akshay7801 As far as I know, it doesn't have an autocomplete feature. At most, you can use Tab for a quicker navigation.
Thank you Noho Hank

Can you please tell how to configure to get git bash here on right click in windows v11
Do you have it set in the PATH environment variable?
I tried, but it didn't work, how to set the path the correct way
@@shalinig323 Have you tried looking this up on the internet?
How do i access the profile to use oh my posh ???
I tried code $profile it just opens vs code
Sorry, I don't have experience with Oh My Posh.
@@NeutronDev no problem
Keep up spreading Good information and helping others ❤️❤️
Why is it that the title shows something else even though you set it to Git Bash? I have the same problem and haven't found a solution for this
I don't know 😅
In the advanced menu under the profile settings there is a toggle for "Supress title changes"
I'm getting [process exited with code 1 (0x00000001)] when I launch it after configuration
Try running this into PowerShell:
C:\Windows\System32
eg.exe DELETE "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Command Processor" /v AutoRun /f
@@NeutronDevthanks for responding. It worked earlier, I was giving git\bin\git.exe in command line, fixed by giving git\bin\bash.exe
@@ashishverma-mj1kl Awesome! Glad you fixed it :3
is no one going to ask how to get the guid?
Hey! There are multiple ways one can get the GUID of an app. This wasn't the main topic of the video and that's why I didn't explained how to get it.
what added sudo!
What do you mean?
Thanks !
