Davao is different from the rest of the country, when it comes to their peace and order history. Magulo dati ang Davao and it is only because of the iron hand of Duterte, that lawlessness was eradicated and peace was established. So the people of Davao still have gratitude to the family. They have been used to the methods used to establish peace and order, that what we find objectionable, they find "normal" . Part of the secret to maintaining peace in their area, is the well established and large intelligence network - which is why they are used to using confidential funds. The only problem is the rest of the country is not like Davao and the tactics they use there are foreign to us.

Davao is different from the rest of the country, when it comes to their peace and order history. Magulo dati ang Davao and it is only because of the iron hand of Duterte, that lawlessness was eradicated and peace was established. So the people of Davao still have gratitude to the family. They have been used to the methods used to establish peace and order, that what we find objectionable, they find "normal" . Part of the secret to maintaining peace in their area, is the well established and large intelligence network - which is why they are used to using confidential funds. The only problem is the rest of the country is not like Davao and the tactics they use there are foreign to us.
Good that Davaoeno are contemplating on hindsight how the 2B plus confidential of the past was spent, when it could have been spent on development of the province
