It is not a good fit for me. I even contacted Outdoor Master with my pictures to show that I wear it properly but the straps are too long for me. No response from the company by phone or by website contact. I eventually returned it . I bought a Giro Fixture II and it fits much better.

That doesn’t seem right. Is the helmet backwards by chance? Maybe you can adjust the length of the straps/buckles
