Looks like it’s coming along nicely. Enjoying all the episodes so far! Always look forward to the next one. Thanks for keeping it real and interesting!🖖😎
Impressed as usual. It’s so cool seeing air space turn back into a body panel. I have the mechanical skills but I do not have the body skills. Fascinating stuff. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Doug I appreciate your confidence in fixing the Nomad, to have gone in takes a lot of skill and belief in knowing it will come back together. Me I wouldn't have attempted this!
Great job, Doug. I love what you’re doing. I always like to see someone save what others would consider junk. You are a very talented guy. Right up there with DD Speed Shop. Keep on keeping on 👍.
Hey Doug I'm building a modelA cyclecart here in the Philippines,it's a different world finding simple things way out in the province where I live, I have an 8 HP Honda knockoff engine, using 17inch motorcycle wheels just plugging along no hurry, the fun is the journey of the finding pieces etc. can't find any small 1/4inch plate anywhere here for example,it took me 4 weeks to find an old leaf spring, lol I really enjoy watching your build take care sir!
Doug the other day you showed a Sketch drawing of the tailgate i happened to notice that you must be a pretty good artist too i bet you got some kick ass drawing too? That you done over the years
I was going to mention in the last video that I had seen DD Speed Shop put that bar for shock mounting in one of his builds. I wish I could remember which one.
Not working on anything as cool as you atm, just a 72 bug that's getting a minor refresh. My big project days are over, too old and broke after a very costly divorce, followed by a new relationship, followed by this old man having 2 young children. Have a 3rd gen camaro and a c3 vette put aside for them when they start driving.
I did Facebook for a Time, then Dumped it Unless You know how to set it up, What You Post is there for the World To See I use the Internet as a Tool - I find what I want then leave The Only thing I let run is TH-cam, the rest I Look, Read, & Leave Welding - I am, Not a Mig Welder, I know Tig welding, I worked with Stainless Steel When My Lady Friends Husband died, I was the only other welder she knew so she gave me his Mig I've come a long ways welding with it, but I am Not Proficient with it It is setup as a Flux Core Welder, I couldn't find the gas hoses or shielding gas when I got it Still it's better than what I had to do without one A Garage or Shop Doug lets step outside on the Rocked Driveway to see my work area Those 3 sheets of Plywood go under the vehicle, so my Crane can roll up & pluck the engine out Now we can go inside the Carport where I have work stations setup for Engine/Transmission Rebuilding We with little to nothing Can Do Amazing Things with what we have available... thx Bro

That's a good way to do it, and it will be strong. If you want, use a string along the side that will align the panels flat.
It's looking good Doug, Keep up the great work and Merry Christmas to your family.

Very nice Doug! Fantastic fabrication. Are you going to make the shock mount bar and install it prior to welding that new floor in place?
Who do your kitty kats stay with. Inside or out ❤❤
