That Porsche 919 Hybrid is an abomination. The KERS on the front wheels makes it pull like a FWD car through corners and any kind of throttle lift makes it snap oversteer. You even think of trail braking and you're going sideways to heaven. Hats off to Turn 10 Studios for making an amazing race car handle like a FWD bathtub with drag tires.

I've always thought myself above ramming but last night I was having a terrible race with the classic grand prix class and someone turned into me (completely avoidable) and it gave me a 4.5 second penalty. I sent that guy into the stratosphere at the next turn and rage quit lol

X class is a joke. The porsche is so bad that it's impossible to use with competitive times.. I've tried tuning it the best I possibly could, but the handling is worse than both Ferrari and McLaren. It also has significantly less acceleration / top speed. The McLaren I tried tuning the best I possibly could and it feels like it has more handling and more planted, but it's still just way worse than the untuned ferrari. Everyone will do better with the Ferrari even if you know how to tune cars in this game.
Why does every single clip of this game have the worst drivers I’ve ever seen. It literally looks like Wreckfest quality racing. People complain about GT7 lobbies but I honestly have never come across this level or poor driving no matter the driver rating. It’s absolutely disgusting
yyyyeah, this is why your racing game needs a damage model. An actual F1 car is a fragile butterfly of a thing, so noseramming the guy in front of you will most likely end your race right there. It might end their race too, but yours is over, your car has to be towed off track now. The punishment for your bullshit is built in. Take that punishment away with invincible cars, add the cars every 13 year old wants to drive, and no amount of finger wagging will stop the arcade race bullshit.
I know you probably think youre good enough and its cool to turn off traction control, but do everybody else a favor and turn it on sport on higher classes. Youre a hazard to everybody else by going too slow and spinning out.
