A better system of working up the ladder into F1 from lower series. Far more advanced relationships system with teams, members etc. sponsor relationships. More focus on media aspect of the sport, the things you say, or do impact your reputation with your team, and fans, there should be a meter that showcases if you’re loved or hated by fans!
I think what I’m personally most excited for is the R&D shakeup things you can do after each season, I saw an option that said to balance the field and make the cars equal
