EVERY time you get a phone call from a prison, there is a recorded message telling you it is from a prison and is being recorded. For her to say she thought the conversation was private is total BS. She just never thought it would be made public.
The question is, WHY was it made public? They're not talking about a prison break or conspiring to commit crimes. So what was the purpose of releasing the call to the public?
The next question is, WHO released the call? Only certain people have access to the call database and can download them to be released. What was the motive for releasing the call?
Mainly, because she is a celebrity talking trash about another celebrity. If Shirley was a normal person talking about about another normal person, no one would care.

Yes it’s normal for people to have pillow about colleagues and bosses but this woman ( I work with) had absolutely no regard or respect . Anyone can request this tape though the FOIA act, it’s public information so calling it leaked isn’t the same as something private.
My question is how their conversation got leak? It's natural to open up more to your spouse. Even if your spouse is in jail. It was a private conversation, and she said nothing bad about him. I see no problem with the whole thing.

The way she is awe of Steve & Majorie is like she doesn't have an ounce of fame or notoriety herself, I know she is not Kings of Comedy/Family Feud money, but she could probably have a spa/sauna in her house, I know people who work in corporate America that do. It is also odd to me how she has known Steve for so long, but speaks of him the same way I would speak of my boss of 3 years. Here I am thinking they were having cookouts and going on vacay together lol. Maybe it changed when Ms. Majorie came in pic, but then again, Shirley is acts like she doesn't know her husband either, she didn't when he proposed years ago, she didn't recognize his voice, and it doesn't now...she speaks to him like a family member. The call being made public is perfectly legal. It can be requested and used against you. FOIA Freedom of Information Act. All parties were informed that their call IS being recorded.
