We use 110 lb. Pen+Gear cardstock for ephemera and plain white printer paper for pages. Hope this helps!

Love this idea. Just ordered digital journal graphics from you, and I have loads of these "return" envelopes that I have been saving. Going to create a pocket and tag for an insert or perhaps even the cover of my Thanksgiving cards.

This is the cutest project. I love it. I started making these and I was hooked, I was making these everyday. Everytime i would get an envelope i was like im going to make a pocket tag. 😁. And I ran across the video again today and I was thinking I'm going to make more of these, thanks so much for sharing. By the way yours are really pretty.

If you didn't want the inside of the envelope to show, you could just glue the piece you cut with the hole punch over that exposed part. That way you wouldn't have to print extra paper. TFS this great idea for a window tag.

I love this idea, but one thing puzzles me. How is your journal going to close with that big flower on the pocket. I am still learning about journals I admit, but I don’t understand how you can write on pages if the page underneath has buttons or flower embellishments on it.

You can cut them out with scissors or with a Cricut machine. :)
I adore your work. Absolutely gorgeous. The only thing that I wasn't keen on was the sound of you chewing gum or something. You have such a pretty voice I didn't want to turn the sound off xx
You could have put the tag inside and make sure if it looks thru the video
