Are you planning to build on this land or to only do farming? I would suggest that you cover the ground as soon as possible with either carpet grass or peanut grass so you can protect the soil. Otherwise, the soil is exposed to the sun and becomes very dry and hard and kills off the organism in the soil.
I just added 4 more acres to bring it to 8 acres. The plan is to build my retirement home on one acre and use 2 acres for fish, pigs, cows, goats, farming, and the rest guest houses.
