It's "ism" and it is added to symbolize a particular aesthetic lifestyle so like name+ism refers to a aesthetic life style centered around how that person lives. Example- wonyoungism (wonyoung is the kpop idol's name+ ism to depict her life style as an aesthetic), there is also kazuhaism, jennieism etc
