i want to thank you for i have been looking for someone who would go step by step on a titanic build i hope you will show how to rigg it also thank you

Hello Sidney 😀 Thanks for your comment 😊 In this series of videos I show some rigging but not all. In the last video I show how to make the antenna rig for the top of the Titanic. The reason is that you need to add most of the wires very early on and attch them to the deck with super glue. (On the bottom side of the deck) After you complete the entire model you semply tie all the wires in pairs with knots. Started with the stern and the bow. Then gradually add port and starboard rigging. If a knot will not hold add a bit of ca glue on top. At the very end, add the anttena on top.

Can anybody recommend painting the small bits while they are still in their holders?

On this model not. Becaues of por fit issues. Once you paint it I am certain you will have to modify it to some degree.
