  • Some people are simply a joy to be around. The conversation flows effortlessly. You laugh. You feel genuinely interested. You find yourself looking forward to seeing them, and you leave them feeling like their company was a valuable use of your time.
Obviously, this connection has something to do with how much you have in common, but I think there’s more to it than just that. I think they have a secret ingredient.

She's right! I recognize these people almost immediately upon watching this video. Lots of musicians that I have auditioned are arrogant. They constantly talk about how great they are. I noticed that the arrogant ones are the ones who quit improving their skills and cannot take any kind of constructive criticism. This video was really eye opening for me!

It's easy to distinguish the traits in people we don't want to know, but much harder to recognise those same traits in ourselves.

I found myself some of those persons, people usually tend to drop me them private issues pretty soon after meeting me and I realized is for two fundamental things.
Listening + Non Judging, when they talk about problem, mental issues, tendency to suicide, people don't want to listen the same thing : "Love your life, you good, I love you" or at least I wouldn't like, instead I just listen and do some jokes like: "So I am glad you failed that time because that Way I meet you" and you can feel the change

What you're talking about sounds eerily familiar to "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. However, you could add more material and insight in a followup video by reading that book.

Same. But. Have a "Growth" Mindset. I have Aspergers too but with lots of training I managed to have friends and even became the committee president of a youth parliament. All thanks to daily training and constructive critique from my parents (On the other hand I am not too deep into the spectrum)

He basically just described amorality. You're not aware of what's good or bad, you're just there. That is highly attractive and highly configurable. Especially around lower hanging fruit groups of people.
I like the advice, it's good. But that's what it is

I can't make people laugh. what's the opposite of being funny? ...not funny? anywho I'm an easy target to be the butt of others jokes. I'm fine with it. gives me some kind of attention. I know most people would say get away from a toxic person that does that to you. but I need attention. I'm hurting on the inside cause I'm so lonely

the only attention you really need is the attention of your true self your persona if you can keep yourself good companies give him treat when you both succed and forgive yourself when you f**k up then you wouldn't feel the necessity to seek attention.
