4:26 D# = D Sharp. Sharp means 1 semitone up. Flat means 1 semitone down. D# is 1 semitone above D, therefore counting it from D makes it D Sharp. D# is also 1 semitone under E, therefore when we count from E it's also called Eb (E flat).
Anonymous usually it’s pretty simple, has a flow to it/rocking motion. You get that by playing around with lfo rates and having different modulation manipulating other parameters in the patch. Like using a different rate lfo on filter resonance and pitch and stuff. Call and response is another cool aspect, he uses that minimally but it’s mostly having a catchy simple flow
