Good morning,
unfortunately everything using windows 11 does not work for me.
When launching httpd.exe the dos shell always tells me:
....lib/mod_wl_24.so into server: The specified module could not be found.
I tried in different ways but nothing, I just can't.

Sometime we get such issues on different windows versions based on different versions of different windows libraries. Try to search some blogs on internet or try on some other version of o.s. will revert in case any solution identified
