Thanks for the shout out Johnny! You played a huge role inspiring me to start this channel! Btw...If you film the Ottawa sign again, stand to the right of it. You will capture the Parliament in the shot!

At 4:24 Beaver Tails originated in Ottawa (actually Killaloe in the Ottawa Valley). They were a fixture in the market and as part of Winterlude before becoming iconic in the rest of Canada.

Thanks for the video - Clarence Street, the section you were on, was my home before Toronto, until a giant fire back in the early 90s took out a big section of the block. It's incredible to see that it has become like a block party there now.

Some of those old buildings, painted red that have bars or restaurants at the bottom look like the ones in the Adams- Morgan district in Washington D.C. btw the Canadian Embassy stands out, it's kinda of in the middle of the city, a few blocks from the White House; cheers.

There is no end to seeing three things in all Canadian cities! Homelessness - litter on the roads and sidewalk, and worn out asphalt

@@JohnnyStrides @Johnny Strides I am from a third-world country in the Middle East. The regime of my country is a religious dictatorship. The economy in my country has collapsed. But !! Canada lies to immigrants every day. Canada's advertisements show immigrants things that are not real. This is a form of fraud and theft. In Canada, the infrastructure is all worn out and bad. All the streets are full of homeless people, addicts, and criminals even in small cities. Everywhere you look, you see garbage: streets - around roads - forests - national parks - rivers - beaches. There is not even one street with asphalt and proper markings. People are nervous about driving, even in small towns. There is no developed first-world country like Canada. Please be fair. Randomly watch videos from cities in other countries on TH-cam and then compare them with Canada. Canada is more like a developing country. truth hurts. The truth is what you see.

@@eddydawood3054 maybe some developed countries have a few homeless people and a little bit of litter on the street in the major cities, but not like Canada. everywhere. in every city, small or big city, on the roads, highways, national parks, woods, beaches, and even rivers. it is unbelievable. Canadian don't care about it. it is a culture in this country.
