I love watching her videos! This is stuff that happens ever when I'm baking especially something new.
I've found that while baking sometimes using Crisco shortening as your grease works better. Just use a paper towel and spread it around the pan. It doesn't obsorb as fast as spray.

Hey Rachel it looked perfect!
A small tip: to let the cake "fall" out of the pan easier. After you sprayed it with your nonstick spray dust the pan with flour. Remove the excess by turning pan upside down a bash it a bit to get all the loose flour out, then after its completely covered pour in your dough bake and see the magic
