Bus Vlog Visit to Middlesbrough - Hot Chooclate and 1 MILLION VIEWS!

- It's another vlog and a trip to Middlesbrough Bus Station for some spotting, videoing and photography. Several large hot chocolates might also have been involved! Oh and we've passed 1 million views here on the channel. YAY! I'm completely blown away by that. As always thanks so much for watching and let me know what you think. Middlesbrough had some really old buses just a couple of years ago compared to other areas. I remember all the Plaxton Prestiges and other buses coming into the scrappers at Barnsley.
I think that they've still got really old buses when you compare to other local cities such as Newcastle, Durham etc. Must be something to do with the operators but I don't know why
@@TheTransportLens Probably due to lack of investment or just want to keep going until they go bang. First Potteries were still running older buses till recently as well.
Probably. The areas are probably seen as a low investment area or something. Would only take one company to put in some money and they others would be shamed into following.

I honestly haven't a clue about the specifications of cameras or the ratios and suchlike - I just snap and home for the best. 😂 I try to take angling and lighting into account wherever I am, but the "ISO" stuff is where I get lost. I've seen it, I believe when I upload photos to Flickr, but I've sadly been too busy to even make a single attempt of research (thanks, college).
I really like this intro - I like that you try to start each vlog slightly differently, even with the tune you use that's well familiar to us viewers. It's good to keep it the same though; it kinda makes viewers feel more at home, if that makes sense.
Again, with the hands and feet being cold thing, winter isn't very nice to us bus spotters. I don't know how I managed to survive with one glove.
No unfortunately Ian couldn't make that trip. We usually go together but sometimes one of us has to be elsewhere (like work). I'm glad you like the format, no doubt it'll keep evolving but hopefully in a good way :) I'm also someimes a bit worried about talking about the camera stuff (I know I've done it a lot recently), I could talk cameras for hours as they're but I don't want to bore people.
