I know it’s been 8 months since you uploaded this video, but I just took note of your banana muffins recipe as “Celia’s banana muffins” on my phone and I am gonna try it soon! I may not buy muffins anymore! * I will be using milk instead of almond milk. I also prefer ripe bananas with spots on them. A tip is to add the vanilla flavor at the end, so that you will get more of the flavor without losing any of it. In my country, vanilla sugar is more convenient and cheaper as well, so I will be using one little packet of it at the end. I may also add a piece of chocolate for the topping. 375F seems to be 190C. Can’t wait! * I tried it and it turned out amazingly! I don’t have proper measuring equipment, so I mostly eyeballed it. Because I can’t have gluten, my batter was more runny compared to yours. But they came out well! I mostly taste the bananas, so next time I will use cocoa powder!
