This is a really quick and easy recipe that feeds the whole family and tastes better than any fishcake you can buy in-store. Poached salmon, peas and sweet potato form the basis of the patty which I like to coat in crushed rye crackers for extra crunch. Really healthy, really tasty and ready in super quick time!
