His voice is exactly what i imagine in those classic oldschool songs, its so addictive.. And how he combined everything together, gosh its just a masterpiece
It gets even deeper when you realise that he has to build up a track at fist before he can even start to sing... and then you push a button to stop it all and it is gone. Each track you create is a live performance you can not do a second time exactly the same. Watching this live must be a whole different story :)
you need to see more loopstation stuff if this amazed you. believe me, even as talented sam perry is, this was not even 10% of what actual looping beatboxers can do.

Sam Perry was just incredible and i believe he won it all. Amazing performer. I have seen all his sets on the show and THIS ONE is my absolute fav. He blew the ROOF off the place with that song.
I remember watching this. I'm a DJ and as a DJ I was impressed with what he did that whole season. As an American, I was impressed with his willingness to break the mold and do his thing. He made Australia bend to him.
I've watched this video probably 50 times and its still amazing and the reactions of the judges is just satisfying and seeing how everyone lit up. Sam is so badass and a phenomenal looper, vocalist and musically brilliant.
He is indeed a phenomenal singer. And then there are even better phenomenal/talented singers. And i love them all. Thanks to youtube we can watch them all. 🙌👌👍

A great pure artist connected to the highest energy. This is my favourite performance of his. I don't like any of his other performances on the show that much (I love them too but man, this is another level). I think it's because he let other people to choose the songs. Not a critiscism. Swift I didn’t even know she existed. Never saw any of the Holland version. But you heard more of her signing voice before she got her chair turns than you did his. She’s good though.
Swift I think she was great. But let me reword what I’m saying, he didn’t actually start signing and he got four chair turns. While she didn’t “sign a WORD” and got four chair turns, she was still signing. Just running a line instead of singing words. No one had a clue of what his singing voice would be like before getting chairs turned. My point isn’t how fast the chairs turned, a couple people got faster chair turns. My point was that he had yet to actually start signing.
He is so awesome. I saw all of his acts during The Voice and I absolutly understand why some people cry out loud for him. He is using a machine and it's unusual but it's not against the rules. He won because he was the best and the one with the most original character for making music. It's boring to see ordinary singers every time in this show. Some have great and unique voices and are highly talented but sometimes even that is not sufficient. Sam did something new and like Kelly said: "You are changing the entire game!"
