Were you able to solve it? Today I had the same problem with my Zenmuse L1 camera, it has been working fine for these 3 years, and during the flight the color images turned black. According to DJI support, it is possible that the shutter has closed completely, and that I should factory reset and update the firmware again. Otherwise, take it to a customer service center. I will do that in the morning, hopefully it will work again.
