I hike at the same pace you do, it reminds me of my pace when I watch you. Slow and steady wins the race, they say. I assume you'll summit San Jacinto, I don't know what calendar day you're on, but trekkers just ahead of you are getting through now, so hopefully conditions will continue to improve and you won't need to take an alternate. I'm not sure about Fuller Ridge though, but hopefully it's doable by now.
