I have a dumb question - the photo that we want to have the preset with, does it have to have a 'dark' background i.e taken at nighttime, used with flash?

it’s very similar, most of the effect comes from the curves
I’ve used the setting in the description for Lightroom on my phone and they haven’t come out like they have in the video
