Repair Parkside PBH 1500 F6 hammerdril with defect turnstop. Unwanted turning.

During hammering with a chisel the chisel unintentionally shifts position which makes it hard to cut straight slots. What causes the position lock to fail, how to solve it? In this video we will investigate and fix it.
