My duke 390 takes time to start while doing self start and makes hard clicking sound like something is stuck and then my bike starts ..is it because of this one way clutch ? If i change the self bearing.. will it be ok ?

Brother at first you have to check one way clutch condition,,,, so don't waste time & check it,, if it is damage so change it . If ok then call me,l for next part

No bro, one way bearing are almost same, but magnet armature is not same, because ktm has 3phase armature, and NS 200 has 2phase armature,,
