The USA doesn't subsidize Canada (or any Nation). That would mean that the USA gives Canada free money so Canada can stay afloat. That's not how anything works. A 25% tariff means that crude oil going from Canada to the USA will cost AMERICANS more money to import that oil. @@no.1spidey-fan182 He is making businesses come back to our country. Most businesses left America back in the 90s because they could franchise their business there cheaper. Now, the other countries have to pay us tariffs; that would make them charge more for being American businesses. If they come back to the US, we will not charge them twice in here. The more businesses we build here in the USA using our own resources without relying on imported products, the more jobs will open up, and we can use our own money for infrastructure and the economy. We've been paying tariffs to another country and also giving them billions of dollars for decades. They should do the same. Instead of giving them millions of dollars per year, how about we use our own money to fix this country?

The failure in US economy as whole started during the last year of Bush Senior Administration with the proposal of NAFTA. Since then the horse as we say in Eastern Europe is drown . The other issue which US soon will encounter in next five years it will be that the country will be no longer the biggest market in the world. I'm not worried at all. I trust things in the hands of Trump than the other side. It is like when you break a bone. The last admin broke a lot of bones. Now we got to go through the pain of setting the bones properly so that they will heal properly and stronger in the long term. The same analogy can be applied to many different scenarios including what we will have to do to handle the out of control spending and national debt problem. Won't be pretty but we must go through the pain so our grandchildren don't have to.
We subsidize Canada because of money! Our own government people is getting kickbacks for pushing such polices. They KNOW what they are doing to enrich THEMSELVES!
Canada already has vats on products, some over 100%. I see people complaining about the prices but they never listen to what’s going on, the entire thing is to be treated fairly and start deregulation of trying to make a business in the states and producing our own products again. We have fuel we don’t need it. We have enough to last over 500 years or something crazy like that. Side note, If you ever wanted to move to Alaska now is the time. I have been trying. Alaska will see a huge economic boost.

They need to learn to use their own resources too and help themselves without the USA's dollars.
Harvard had a paper on a 2nd great depression happening in the 2030s. That paper came out in the 90s btw
Given America's current economic situation...yh I can see that happening
Why the hell would businesses comes back? You didn't need a trade war to do that! Has billionaires behind him. He should kept quiet and make moves No you don't attack your allies. Watch more that just him talk. Probably, maybe. Don't guess have a real plan
It won’t. Calm down
I'm Canadian and have zero problem with Trumps Tariffs.
It's my own government who is Tariffing me.
That's who I have a problem with.
As a proud Canadian we should cut off our cheap energy off from the us and see how much you will like these tariffs after this
As a proud American, bring it on
The main thing people in US don’t seem to understand that other nations have cheaper labour force and some have better established education system.
The failure in US economy as whole started during the last year of Bush Senior Administration with the proposal of NAFTA.
Since then the horse as we say in Eastern Europe is drown .
The other issue which US soon will encounter in next five years it will be that the country will be no longer the biggest market in the world.
There is countless other issues like infrastructure, tax reform, medical reform and educational just on top of my head.
I am sure Trump will put a new paint on the pig and declare that he fixed the issue😂😂😂.
Where do you think your clothes and your food come from? You can be as frugal as you want, that's not going to change the fact that prices on everything is now going to go up and up and up!
I'm waiting for Thomas Sowell to drop some wisdom
Same thing with Israel.
i love how the canada guy quit......and now he's trying to act big and bad. what a shock.
Side note,
If you ever wanted to move to Alaska now is the time. I have been trying. Alaska will see a huge economic boost.
man idk about this. seems like starting fights with allies. canada literally helped out during those cali fires with planes to put them out. and canada and usa should be working together regarding the fentanyl/opioid crisis since it's something both are facing. hopefully canada and usa can come to some kind of deal and be chill again. trade wars don't help us.
Well they can work with us when they become a state. That's the end goal, either they sell to Trump or both nations suffer.
Trump must love democrats, getting canada all but guarantees a blue win in the next election IDK what dude's thinking. Then again he and all the cabinet members basically are ex-dems so... who knows.
Canada is a puppet of the WEF and China. They are purposefully allowing fentanyl into the US, to cause as much death and chaos as possible. This is what the Persians did to Sparta when they couldn't defeat them militarily.
Its less than 1% that comes from Canada and aren't the American agents at the border also the ones letting it in? If the US has a drug problem, it ain't Canada's fault.
I thrive at being poor. I’ll eat Vienna sausage and ketchup everyday if I have to.
switch the ketchup with mustard and I can do it too haha crackers would be considered a luxury haha
Your cholesterol levels will go up dangerously.
Maga ball z sounds like great news or bad news but still its very catchy 👌 mbz
Mexico exports to the US as a Percentage of GDP: 35%
Canada exports to the US as a Percentage of GDP: 22%
US exports to the Mexico as a Percentage of GDP: 1.2%
US exports to the Canada as a Percentage of GDP: 1.5%
Bottom line… they sell more to the US than we do to them. It will hit them harder in their economy than it will ours. It’s a point of leverage to bring them to the table to actually talk about something beneficial vs us getting boned as we have been recently. I can make my own bread and do pb&j for awhile. I’m a tradesman. I’m use to running on little food and rage
So, should Mexico go and make trade with other countries? We have more trade with other countries.
Thanks for your open out young generation how the government works
I miss the talking outro Tyrone does at the end of each video as he walks away from the frame of the camera 😅maybe it’s just a sign of not wanting his videos to end😂😂😂
Their currency has already lost value in comparison to our dollar over this. 😂
MAGA😊
And it's going to be even funnier when the US pays the tariffs on all the oil they buy from Canada & then the gas prices start going higher & higher 🤣🤣🤣
Why on earth would you be happy about that?
@@venom999333Canada will relent on the border and curb the fentanyl before that.
We will have the last laugh when US realizes his
This will cripple the auto and home industry.
Ever heard of a piggly wiggly 😂 glad I live down south we got plenty cheap groceries stores
Avocado just gone up in price so your local quac has gone up too
I'm worried for lumber coming from Canada. I'm finally building a home for myself.
Yup and California has to be rebuilt. The housing market in America is about to take a major hit.
California going to be making smaller homes 🏡
I’m looking forward to the No tax on overtime
I'm a french Canadian and although I would'nt mind paying less in taxes and having a better purchasing power, but I would never want your health insurance in the U.S... there's a reason why the show Breaking Bad would never exist in Canada, it's because paying 617 000$ for a cancer treatment is not possible here. It's paid in our taxes, but at least we are not in debt for the rest of our lives.
Well with the wait time you guys have to see a doctor, I doubt that y'all would live that long to be in debt.😂
ALOT of yall come right across the Great Lakes to go to Cleveland Clinic to be seen though. #2 Hospital in the World by the way, so... 😂
@@skylarkcs3863 exactly don’t listen to this fool, I’m Canadian as well and our heath care is not free, especially for old people
@@skylarkcs3863 The wait times are not any different than the US while waiting for a regular GP appointment. I think you’re referring to some of the isolated deaths that occurred at a hospital emergency care unit while in the waiting room. Yes that has happened here in Canada, but that also happens in the US as well. Understaffing does that.
@@DankTruck where the fk you saw I said free ?!
MAGA Ball Z!😭😂😂😂😂😂
All you people thinking you will be okay because you can live poor, there's a difference between poor and unemployed. Lots of people are going to lose their jobs.
Can you elaborate?
Majority of people now work at home anyway. People almost lost their jobs a week ago when TikTok was almost banned.😂
I don't care bring it on ? I live off of kale and lemon juice
Even when it comes to Canada, the US has a trade deficit of nearly $64B. This indicates a significant increase compared to previous years - in 2022, it was $53.5 billion. And that doesn't include the cost of porrous border security with illegal and drugs flowing in - not as much as Mexico but that's not saying much. Level playing field time.
Maybe if the CIA stopped funding the Cartels and Americans stopped using drugs, then it would not be an issue.
Oh noes they Canada is going to charge tariffs on .1% of the products we consum. Oh no Tim Hortons will become more expensive...lol
oil, gas, electricity, wood, iron, steel, uranium and $550 billion worth of goods and services. Red states are about to feel it.
I want Timmy's *banned.*
2:14 yeah he did that last time too. People did end up, bringing home more money.
Scar-Lo Vs a week of soup! Can she do it ? 😂
Not a state but a territory would be better. Save money on the flag 😂
As an Independent and someone who also struggles to make ends meet this doesn't concern me RIGHT NOW. I'm taking the wait and see approach and hoping that we come out winning relatively quickly (as in 4 - 6 months); however, if it gets too bad with inflation and drags out for too long then I'm sorry but he's going to anger a lot of people including myself who voted for him to try and improve the economy not make it worse than it already was...
Yep RICE TUNA EGGS 😂 in any order for survival
8:04 Right! Oh no guess I won’t have a new phone every year and all the special coffee 😂😂😂. Beans and rice comes in many flavors. Wooooooooo
I understand when you say you want to get people to help you out by telling you what’s going on but it would really be best if you did your own research on it because everyone has different opinions about it and that would be the bad part of having everyone help you out.
1:31 Yes, and that's also what Javier Milei (the President of Argentina) said, and look at the now; they are prospering once more. That's what we need.
oh no! Maple Syrup will go up in price now..Damn you Canada!!!!
I wonder how much of New York, the Northeast and Midwest are powered by Canadian hydroelectric? Um-mm.
And so will your vegetables, 90% of your potash comes from us. Oh and those multiple million barrels of oil A DAY, and all the electricity Canada provides to a lot of northern states. But sure go off about maple syrup 🤣
The billionaires will have plenty of cash left over they wouldn’t have had otherwise
Trump is truly the Goku of politics
When it starts affecting Mexico and Canada, they'll move everything over here. More jobs.
so you think the US wont be affected huh
@M-8o5 More jobs. It's like acne cream. It gets worse before it gets way better.
These@M-8o5 these people don't know or understand. Trump creates the problem then after he see it's messed up blame blame.
lol move over here, it’s too expensive here that why this trade stuff is plain dumb. You can’t make every country your enemy. So we are gonna be looking like North Korea, banish from the world with no trade
I know how to survive with decreased funds as well. Guess it's time to tighten the ol belt...
Don’t like Trump very much but I’m with him on this one
I'm eating cheap now. Ground beef, can salmon, corn beef. Spaghetti dinners. America looked down on black folks for a long time and now they know the struggle we went through for 400 years. More judgments are coming
the way I grew up... you knew someone died if we had steaks or Pizza Hut buffet
Just saw Mexico and Canada's economy is going down the toilet.
You're doing a great job, I love the way you say, stand by and see Trump at mega Ball z oh by the way he does have gigantic dragon balls,🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊
I like Trump official picture, his face is saying mess around and find out, that's what that portrait says right there loud and clear,
canada prob be a blue state though and screw us on the college points
Leave that dude on the left alone😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great Don LaFontaine impression! (i.e. Movie Trailer Guy).
One thing alot of people on the other side have to understand is that when the government is transparent about whats going to happen and why theyre doing something the population actually veey open to bearing what comes with it
"Inflation is transitory."
Canada and uk is india subdivision.
I have found as I have gotten older. I need less and less ( with in reason ) and I am happier now for it. Not saying people can't have what they want if they have the money either. I have been getting my cloths ( not shoes. I love me some new memory foam sketchers ) from the goodwill for the past 20 yrs. I get so much crap for that from people! Doesn't mean I don't like cool stuff, I do. I do it with in reason and my budget! One thing I don't budge on is a fine steak I can make at home.
I live in the hills on a cattle farm that has chickens, I will surviiiiive.
Big Business opportunities with these tariffs, companies can shift the sources of the product from different sources, opportunity to start manufacturing in the USA find different sources make big profits.
I voted for all of this! It’s gonna hurt a little. But it’s gonna hurt them more! Mexico and Canada better figure it out! They don’t have the resources to oppose us for long! 👊🏻🇺🇸
hes gonna fix all this gonna take couple months ..
@@thegoatudontknowyes it will! But I’m ok with it. We were already paying high prices before Trump got into office. What’s a few more months if it means we are sitting pretty in the end? I’m down!
We have all the resources, in fact you rely on us for rare earth minerals. FAFO America. You managed to piss off the entire Canadian Population, one of the hardest things to do.

Nah I eat an avocado with egg whites every morning for breakfast. Trump supporters should be paying for my breakfast lol.
