I really wanted him to, but I forgot why he said he wasn’t going to lol I don’t think it folded in, and also I think because it was rusted he was worried about bacterial things… His hip hurt afterwards a little bit too lol it looked like fun to me. Also, I almost got on it.

How do you tell so quickly something is from China? You didn’t look at the paperweights…is it just knowing or is it something you see or can tell.
Also, I’m learning so much about whet I LIKE to sell from you and Lady Mary Beth…thanks for the heads up on her channel and all your knowledge! Got any other recommendations?
you are sweet! She’s wonderful… I learn so much from her. We’re actually going to an event that she’s holding towards the end of February. So we’ll definitely put out a video in Texas for you guys! So, glass made in China feels oily, as my friend Kari points out. Also, it’s not as clear as high-end glass. The designs inside will look rushed, and there may be bubbles in the glass which indicates the rushing of the glassmaking process. When you turn over a paperweight or a vase that is made in China usually the pontil scar will not have well defined edges or might be frosted or cloudy. I have seen Polish glass, however, frosted and cloudy so it’s not always an indicator. Paperweights made in China have become more sophisticated, however also, and you will see a nice shiny bottom sometimes… Overtime when you pick up high-end glass and made in China glass you will be able to differentiate, I promise! I would go to antique malls and just kind of walk around and start picking things up. Sometimes you’re not able to really tell… but you’ll get a general idea with most of the pieces.
You should buckle your purse to the cart. Then you don't need to worry about it being stolen.

it really depends on the surface… But I use a little bit of water with a magic eraser. If not, I bring out the big guns like hand sanitizer or nail polish remover, depending if there’s paint on the item. you just have to use your discretion… I really hate when there is crazing on the glaze and they put marker and then the marker has already seeped underneath it. It’s awful!
I am with you ! I don’t like gnomes . I guess I just don’t get that type of esthetic. I also don’t like nutcrackers. I don’t think they’re creepy or anything like that I just don’t see anything appealing about them. Now , CLOWNS 😮 they are creepy !! 🤡aaah😬
i’m with you on all of those! Lol sometimes I pick up papier-mâché clowns because they sell well but I really hate having them in my home… My latest creepy factor thing is trolls! Can’t stand them, but they sell so well
