I liked SVR 2009 RTWM better. All those choices.
What I like about this one is that the stories all connected. Sure there were only 3 instead of 6 but each one was longer and they all connected together. Not to mention how many superstars that got pushed in this game and didn't in real life

I gotta say, the end of this game was simply flawless. This is one of my favourite WWE games next to probably SmackDown: Here Comes the Pain and No Mercy. 12 was decent, but the road to wrestlemania story made it incredible
Yea the hero story was phenomenal it went from a rookie wrestler to kevin Nash manipulating everyone to a WCW invasion angle I'm mean some former WCW wrestlers were there and then made Rey mysterio, big show, cody Rhodes betray wwe to join them which was fricken cool :)
The United Kingdom is what the League of Nations should have been

These story lines seem a bit farfetched. Like they were created by a 5 year old hardcore fan.
That were wrestling games 10 years ago.
And they're still better than most of WWE's storylines at the time of this game's release.

This was a good game, big change in gameplay, they improved WWE universe a lot from the year before, and the road to wrestlemania story being one long story worked really well. I wish they'd do a story mode like this again
If Triple h retired like that it would be the most emotional thing WWE have ever done
They need to bring road to wrestlemania back at some point...I enjoy the career mode and WWE universe Modes but the unique storylines of the road to wrestlemania modes were fun to play through
When I completed the Jacob Cass storyline and it cut to the credits, I played pre)Thing’s "Can't Stop" over the credits.
The Villain storyline and Jacob Cass were the best in this game

Sheamus is from the Republic of Ireland (Not North Ireland, it's different), which is NOT among them. (But close enough for American Pro Wrestling storylines, right?)
2) As the United Kingdom is 4 different countries, what he said does not necessarily refer to countries outside of the UK.
3) Oh, I know there are some smart Americans. You don't appear to be among them, however...

You missed quite possibly the greatest cutscene in wrestling game history: Triple H is talking to Kevin Nash on the phone. He opens his locker room door, and suddenly Kevin Nash is there, and he Jacknifes Triple H onto the floor, and Triple H just pops back up.

Honestly I think this is the best story mode a WWE game has ever had and I'm kind of disappointed they didn't continue doing the same thing. The way all the stories tied in together was brilliant and the storylines were entertaining, even though a bit over the top at times but it's a freaking video game about wrestling, they can be over the top. If they'd put as much time and effort into writing storylines for their shows, they'd be in a lot better situation.
