it cant i was shielder 1 game he coud hit me with ult and prob with the shot to cuz they look like animations with set dmg like fortuna example whim n tera shoot projectiles that can miss and they can be reflected fortuna and sheila when its active the only way to not take dmg is to die or have e frames bdv whim reflections give shielder hat and kick reflections can give shielder kick power
The kit might not be worth it, but the Q ability has like infinite downwards range. Which allows you to troll people trying to get to you while you're in the sky.
