Menu looked pretty good. The salmon looked really delicious - and glad that you said it was good. Will definitely be trying the restaurant out sometime - especially when I stay. That was a nicely priced dinner for two. Thanks for the review as always. Be well.
Thanks for watching! As I stated to a few others, I've heard their breakfast is super good, so if you're a breakfast person it might be worth checking out! The dinner was surprisingly good, and we love a good blackened salmon! Have to let us know if you end up trying it at some point 👍
Wow...ya'll are sitting at the same table we were at the other night (last Tuesday). Cool! Hope you enjoyed it...we loved our food.
Haha that's awesome! Loved the spot, probably the second best spot behind the outdoor area. (Or I assume from what I've seen out there, it would be great!) Food was great, definitely want to check the breakfast option at some point!
Love Sapphire Falls. We stay a few times every year and bring our pup. Amatista was good 😊
That's awesome! I saw they have a full menu of items for pets in the rooms in that booklet, I love that you can order things for them haha. Surprisingly, I don't think I saw a single animal during our stay, but I'm sure they were around somewhere 🥰
OMG it's so pretty in there. I did get a chance to walk past it (of course after getting lost trying to find the taxi lol) but I really wanted to go there for breakfast but after watching this I want to try dinner too lol.
YES! Breakfast! Haha I was just saying that, but it's a very nice vibe, and I'm a fan of the open layout, actually. The deck area looks like it would be awesome to eat out there during a sunset or a sunrise (if they were open that early).
Pro tip, we LOVE Amatista for breakfast. Always ask for Mr. Jimmy! He will give you the complete run down of all they offer - only server who will. You can get a waffle or French toast included with the buffet and nobody tells you that. They also have all you can drink mimosas or bloody Mary’s for an extra cost. Their waffles are delicious and a must try!
I've been hearing that a lot! We DEFINITELY want to try the breakfast. I'll have to ask for Mr. Jimmy when we end up doing it! For the waffle/French toast, is it something you have to ask the waitstaff for then? Or how come people don't know 😮 ?
@@Dillon.Thomas you have to ask for it! The other servers usually don’t tell you for whatever reason. I’m not sure why. But Mr. Jimmy will!
Amatista has great plantains! We've only been there one time, but we're thinking about going back for breakfast when we're in town for HHN. You know what food review I'd love? Hard Rock (the hotel, not the cafe) has a brunch. I'd love to know what that's like.
I've also heard their breakfast is amazing, so definitely check that out! I heard that's the preferred option between dinner and breakfast. Which restaurant at the hotel? Would that be the kitchen or the palm??

@@Controller-Cassie Ah ok! I'll have to take a look, I heard great things about The Palm, but I haven't heard/seen much on The Kitchen. But I'm always down for a good breakfast/brunch!
