@@pukitookiduring this time they had a label switch (moving away from Simon Cowells label) because overall whenever they were releasing new music their promotion was horrible and basically the bare minimum it might not seem like a big deal but trying to get America to see a girl group from the uk is not easy and almost impossible with bad promotion from a label who doesn’t care about their artists. Since they were having a label switch during an era of releasing new music the label basically didnt let them do any promotion in the us and the album at the time (LM5) was a very American based album so it didn’t get the recognition it deserved and they also couldn’t make songs they wanted a single, Jade has said that she fought for Wasabi to be a single since the girls loved it and so did fans but the management didn’t let them for some reason and wasabi has become one of their most popular songs imagine what it would be like if they could make the music video they wanted and the correct promotions they needed.
