You need to keep fighting with youtube. Don't just have a one and done deal. It's possible the one person you got last time just doesn't give a shit about you. Talk with other support people and see if they'll help you because this seems like bs that it's happening and they won't help you
the thing is, have contacted them at least 15 times and have gotten a different person each time. some are helpful, others are not even sure of the company's own policies or systems xwx
