Well...Potter is the screenwriter for Sen and Coach Kaplan.
EG played really well. Many people feel Sen choked badly and threw some bad rounds. EG made some great reads and counters against Sen, and showed off some great offensive strategies, especially on BIND. I was particularly concerned about Apoth and NaturE, but these two definitely stepped up today, demonstrating great ability combos and great judgment. Derrek remains consistent and once again showed why he is one of the top initiators in NA.
EG's next opponent is NRG. Many people expect NRG to win, but with EG's improved game plan today, it's hard to predict who will win. Americas is so chaotic right now that the impossible becomes possible depending on the mood of the day.

Pretty difficult for Sen to qualify now cause many top teams only lose 1 game, but Sen is the only top team who lose 2 games. Also, they only need 6 teams in play off, so in order to qualify, they need to pray for other top 6 to lose at least 1 game each, which is also pretty difficult, and need to win after the rest of the game

@@urbad411 If EG loses their match to NRG, they will be down 1-4. In which case, either Sen or G2 can take their spot into the playoffs, depending on who has a better record. The format is set up wherein if you only have 1 win, someone from the other group with more than 2 wins can take your spot.

@@solaris218EG is in an entirely different group, they have nothing to do with sentinels getting into playoffs. For SEN to get to playoffs they probably need a better record than both G2 and NRG. So they would have to hope that they win both of their next games and that NRG and G2 each lose both of their next games.

What’s with the SEN hate? The beauty about VCT is that you’ll always never know what team will dominate. Sometimes our favorite team will win sometimes it may lose. Pretty normal in any sport or esport.
Over the years of masters and champions the winners were always different. FNATIC and Sentinels fans are already lucky enough that their team has won more than 1 series.

Their chances for qualifying now are so low that it would be a miracle if they do qualify. Essentially, they need G2, either c9 or NRG to lose their next matches. Then Sen have to win both of their remaining matches. NRG will play EG next, and c9 will play Furia and MIBR. Both NRG and C9 are likely to win those games. The only chance Sen has is if EG doesn't win a single game anymore, in which case Sen can take the spot, assuming G2 loses their remaining matches and Sen wins theirs.

Demon1 against jawgemo who's so much far better duelist specially on raze + potter's coaching, not to mention they pretty much know demon1's weakness. Being that said, this is a 5v5 but we already saw what eg can do with right info and strategy in a team. 100T is also in good shape, they have their confidence now and also boostio was eg's igl which i think is kind of a big deal, again this is a 5v5 but 1 player can cost u much. And C9.... Well they're also choked too many times..
Too many people saying SEN choke, threw, etc but in reality EG are really good. They are just inconsistent. You never know which EG you'll get. The one capable of beating SEN and G2 or close to beating LOUD or the one that loses easy 2-0.
