Pray you never see his face: a ghost story

This is a newly-recorded version of the first story in the series "More tales told by a Dubliner", by Turlough Conmee.
This first tale is entitled "Pray you never see his face". It is based on a true historical story I heard in Canada. It involves the murder of a bishop in Alaska, and a haunted rectory. The murderer of the bishop was a Dubliner, as it happens.
