He used to be so hyper and a ball of energy in interviews. :

I noticed it too but saw it in a positive light. He is a man that lets a woman speak, and that is rare. He obviously respects her, he doesn’t talk over her, he doesn’t interrupt her. The next time you see a man and a woman being interviewed together, take note of how often that man steers the ship of the conversation and will cut her off just because he doesn’t realize he shouldn’t. I thought this was a very nice interview, specifically because Halsey spoke most of the time and Dom just watched and listened with loving pride on his face
