The slept on artists of the 90s are just as talented as the ones who were very popular and I keep discovering them! It all sounds 10,000 times better than mainstream music today!
I heard years later that the only reason Frankie didn't blow up was because he came out the same time as Maxwell and they both had the same vibe but just my opinion Maxwell had the marketing. I only heard about Frankie because he was from VA and I was in college in VA at the time. I lived up North and when I tried to find him in Jersey nobody knew who I was talking about. I had to go all the way to Delaware to get a copy... I still have it over 15years later :) I need a new copy... lol
This dude was slept on big time with guest appearances from Bab Boy before they were big Faith with it that melodic female lead and 112 holding down the harmonic background making this song flow so nicely by far one of my favorite songs ever
Hmmmm not quite really it doesn't sound like it but maybe reminds you of the song here. Another thing oh yeah it's SYDNEY & KID not Sydney & Play even though we know what you're talking about etc.
I still listen to a few of these songs all the time. Think of You and All I Do are my songs. The packaging of this cd was intriguing at the time so I bought it without even hearing his first single. Pleasantly surprised. He had little to no promotion. The guest features sure didn't hurt. Loved hearing Faye sing on it.
The entire album was dope...they slept on him for real.
I concur 💓 wonder where bul at now
Facts cause I definitely did.
I came back here off memory today.
So facts they messed up
This was and still is a beautiful song even after all these years. He needs his flowers for this one right here ❤
Man 112's harmony really made that song flow.
Samora Rolle yes 112 was off the chain with the harmony.
Frankie...if by chance you look at any of these comments know that your music was and is so loved!!! I’m still looking for you!
Same! When I worked in radio years ago, I even tried using connects to find him...nowhere to be found.
OMG I just looked again and found this: www.delmarvalife.com/delmarvalife/delmarvas-most-wanted/delmarvas-most-wanted-monday-august-31-2015/

This sounds like the smooth instrumental from House Party. The scene with Sydney and Play.

@@BonobanosI think that’s chunky Thompson who passed away, not Frankie?
Ik that in 2015, he was wanted for drug possession. He hasn’t been since.. hopefully he’s ok cuz this is 🔥
He's a dope writer o
MoniAndretti OfficialJetMisses most of the good writing on this album was done by 112, Faith Evans and Chucky Thompson
