Kya ek sal tak store karke kha skte ha kharab to nhi hoga
Yes you can store it for long time, cover the pickle with oil after putting it in sunlight and use it. But turnip pickle softens after few months.

Sarson k oil ki jaga Olive oil daal skte hain?
shalgam ke achar me sarson ka tel jada accha taste deta hai , So it's better to use mustard oil.

Mam agar salgam no bina boil kiye bna liya jae to kya achha bnega?🙏
han achha banega uske liye aap shaljam ko namak lagakar 1hour ke liye rakhiye fir 2-3 hours dhoop me sukha lijiye uske bad Achar banaiye.
Mam mere salgam ke acchar me thoda kadwa pan aa raha h.... Plz bataye kya karu.... Dana methi ka kadwa pan... Plz help me🙏🙏🙏🙏
Dana methi ka kadwa pan achar ko kuchh din dhoop me rakhne se nikal jayega jayega.
Mam ek baat bataye, main teen baar try kar chuka hu, par boil kar ke dhup me sukhane ke baad teeno baar mere saare pieces bluish ho gaye. Iska kya matlab hua ?
Please mix the a little amount of salt in water while blanching the turnips.

Dry turnips very well after boiling them and then make its pickle to store it for months.
