Climbing the Stirling Ranges: an adventure you can't miss - Western Australia

Climbing some of the most well known and incredible peaks of the Stirling Ranges, witnessing some amazing light shows and unbelievable rolling clouds. The Stirling Ranges was an amazing adventure, and was better than I ever expected.
The Stirling Range National Park is home to the only major mountain range in the southern area of WA, rising to more than 1000m above sea level and creating a challenging and spectacular hiking experience. The Aboriginal name for the range, Koi Kyenunu-ruff, meaning ‘mist rolling around the mountains’ is a frequently seen occurrence.
Mountains Climbed - Bluff Knoll, Coyanarup Peak, Mount Trio (East + West Peaks), Talyuberlup Peak, Toolbrunup Peak.
I will definitely be back in the future to complete the Stirling Ridge walk (Peak to peak).
Shot entirely with the Sony A7C (20mm F1.8 GM), DJI Mini Pro 3 and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

I know this is quite random but I have a Graphic Novel about Dragons set within the Stirling Ranges in an 'Australian' fantasy setting, your video was very helpful with references. Could I ask how far was it from Bluff Knoll to Mt Toolbrunup? They're sort of like the 'hubs' for the Dragon clans in my webcomic.
So from shortest to tallest.
Talyuberlup Peak (783 m)
Mt Trio (856 m)
Coyanarup Peak (1016 m)
Mt Toolbrunup (1052 m)
Bluff Knoll (1094 m)

Interesting! I believe it was about a 15min drive from the Bluff Knoll trailhead to the Toolbrunup trailhead. Each peak was about a 2 hour climb. Good luck with your novel. I’d be keen to have a look once it’s finished 👍

Thanks mate, for sure. I was suprised at how good those mountains were. I am really keen to do the ridge walk, but given I did this a few weeks back (middle of Feb) it was hot and therefore the ridge walk wasn't a wise option. I will be back!
