get a bell for your bike so you can warn drivers before you try to pass in their blind spot.
he did that on purpose, there was no intersection and no reason to turn that sharply to change lanes

Hopefully your good, you can learn from this video that some drivers do not use their blinkers when making a turn into another lane and some drivers do not check their mirrors or check their blind spot before making that turn.
the odometer is off; I have the first gen and is off by 2mph
