The Forgotten Runner LUCY is STILL GOOD?

Anyone still remembers Lucy? One of the classic runner heroes that's been forgotten as time passed. Is she still a viable pick?

Lucy's only weakness is usually only lacking toughness and very squishy.
she's being outclassed by many runner heroes since she doesn't have a damage reduction passive to survive like other current meta heroes making her easily to kill sadly.
but at least she gets 25% movement speed to cover her weakness (most runner heroes only have 20% movement speed) so yeah in a nutshell she's good but she's just squishy :c
(yes i tried her even using training room on her weapon too and even got killed by rosseta comps even though i used oghma + hp)

Lucy is still very good. It’s the current meta that is really a problem with her because full burst really hurts her
