I'm in awe...I _just_ experienced this yesterday. I was driving to the store and almost fell asleep driving - I've NEVER felt like that before. Instead of pushing to go in as soon as I got there, I immediately tipped back and fell _fast asleep._ 15 minutes later I snored and woke myself up refreshed and ready to do my errand. I know my less aware self would have pushed to do the errand as soon as I got there. I can hardly believe one of the ways you're describing to have Energy is to do what the body needs for it _right now, in the moment_ and I had my first *_profound experience_* of doing that yesterday?! Thank you for being an amazing Witness to Truth, dear Deepak!

Your impressions about quantum body are material to be dominate by few of us!
But in few years, science will prove that the fields are full of many tipes of energies, each one to be use 9:13 d by that being that will be able to transform it into something real for mankind!!!!!!!!!!

Do your best, moment-to-moment, to listen to what your body needs
and make it feel as comfortable as possible
(but avoid things that backfire in the long run like drugs,
excessive drinking or binge eating junk food).
    Be compassionate with yourself.
Acknowledge your feelings and vices and be patient with them.
Consider them entities that just want to protect you or help you cope,
but haven't realized that the danger is long over and they can calm down now.
Don't make too big of a deal of unpleasant feelings.
They are not pleasant, but they are not actually true.
They do not reflect the reality of this moment,
but they are remnants of the past, when you felt like you were overwhelmed.
You're always doing better than your feelings tell you
and the world is always a nicer place than it seems
(due to your overactive nervous system).
    If you have negative thoughts
or emotions are getting out of control,
    focus on the body's feelings
only in order to learn that they cannot harm you.
Relaxation means you put down your defenses.
That's why a traumatized nervous system,
which still acts as if it was in danger,
actually feels unsafe when the mind relaxes too much.
Meditation is similar here, but even more potent.
It might help to calm down in moderation,
especially if you find that detached observer position,
or that space beyond your sufferings, but it might easily do more harm than good at this point,
as it can bring up more than you can process.
I would not recommend it if you carry too much trauma.
Make a list of (1) things you accomplished,
    (2) of what you enjoyed and
    (3) what you are grateful for each evening.
I need to emphasize, positive thinking alone will not heal you,
but it's crucial to be able to break the spiral
    of feelings feeding thoughts
    and thoughts feeding feelings, ultimately.
    Don't push yourself,
if you need to take a break, take a break.
But if you can, keep productive, even if you don't feel like it.
Actions follow feelings, but feelings also follow actions.
    Form some good daily habits,
    give your days some structure.
Accomplish something that gives you the experience of success (= not being stuck),
even if it's just little things.
Keep in mind that it's much harder to accomplish things with a traumatized body,
when feelings are constantly working against you.
Find the things you enjoy the most and that give you a sense of purpose
    and keep doing them.
Yoga and dancing have been shown to be especially helpful for someone with (C)PTSD.
Once you have established a sufficient stability and a certain sense of safety,
you can start to process your trauma more actively, or rather help the body process it.
This involves the willingness to experience extreme feelings
and the stability not to get entangled in them, but let them pass through instead.
How can you do this? Pay attention to the unpleasant feelings in the body,
without trying to manipulate anything, while doing a repetitive bilateral motion,
e.g. quickly tapping alternatingly with your left and right hand on your thighs.
Every 30 seconds or so, pause and analyze how the feelings in your body have changed,
what they are called, how intense they are on a scale of 1-10 and where you feel them.
Then repeat, until you feel better than when you started the session.
If you feel the urge to yawn, laugh, cry, cough, scream, tremble, stretch or move in any way,
that's a good sign. Just let it happen.
It's the body's way to gradual rid itself from trauma.
If you are starting to get overwhelmed, stop and stabilize.
Don't overload yourself with too much at a time. You need time to recover still.
It's much better to find a few things that work for you
    and keep doing them consistently
than to try everything and stick to nothing.

'Quantuum Body' is synchrodestiny. I started this spiritual path after graduating from engineering and arriving to La Jolla about the same time that Deepak and David Simon started the Chopra Center. Engineering uses the universal language of mathematics to study the laws of nature. So Elegant and Profound. Decades later, I went deep into The Chopra Center meditation retreats when David Simon transcended from his body. At the same time, my father past away. Currently, I have made The Shift, heavily embracing Synchrodestiny audio books and Abundance meditations. It's joyful to dive back into the scientific universe of the 'Quantuum Body' to Unlock My Infinite Potential.

I love this guy. I used to put a message on my phone answering device. I did a not-too-bad impression of Deepak. My announce went something like this in my voice, "You've reached (area code and number) please leave a message after this moment with Sixpak Chopped Liver. Then I'd do Deepak's voice and he was getting ready to sit cross legged and meditate, except he makes a loud flateulence, apologizes, and opens the window. Then the beep . . . so the caller can leave the message. Sometimes the messages left were people busting up laughing. It was fun. But, I do seriously love this man Deepak Chopra. He's wonderful.

I don't even think about where i am, i think nothing in form, i guess, when i think about it. I'm connected to the physical world yet, i am "nowhere" really, but everywhere, I guess. Lol😊 see i told you i couldn't write this in words, but i sure as heck know the feelings..make sensw at all? And of course I'd love you to continue

3:00 pm according to Vedanta one should not focus on the body but transcend it, not focus on thoughts and emotions but to transcend it.
You can transcend causal body and through causal body by either path of sadhana or wisdom. By devotion, selfless service and love to Brahman.

During meditation I have astral travelled in which I have the most vivid colours and it's just like I'm awake or in a dream now this didn't use my sense of sight as my eyes where closed so there must be more senses that are none physical. I've also heard things that are not there physically in the room with me. The senses are just vibrational receptors but the true u does not need these senses to still receive them.

the view of the body as the result of entropy or negative entropy? i am not sure of the view you suggest. the body as a temporal experience which ultimately disperses, or the temporal body which through the exchange of energies ( breath, physical foods, emotions, etc) brings about growth ? ... the breath seems to be a "food" that is so fundamental. it links the body to its host environment, so to breath is to be in a dynamic relationship with it. also, the importance of the "exhale", witnessing it, has proven very beneficial, to me. where one breaths from as well as the posture while breathing also appears to make a great difference. i have found "pulling" the air from the nose or sinus area, as if pulling the air from the outside in, to be less effective and even problematic. to pull the air from the "inside" and from a deeper level as possible, (passing thru the nose) can allow for a much fuller breath. there are times when i find mouth breathing useful. (if you wake up in the middle of the night and the sinus passage way for the air seems to be blocked, by fully exhaling and allowing the air to "fall" in or pull gently from "the belly" , with an "unencumbered posture", after a few moments of this, the sinus area or pathway therein is again available.) ... also, as an allowance for meditation, rooting the experience in compassion, with "mind like a mirror" embracing the "primal vision" or "returning to the state of the uncarved block", the Truth in Nature becomes ones experience. as with the breath, to see ones self as integrally linked with Nature, fosters the relationship/experience. the experience has varying results, depending on ones standing, sitting or lying, or with eyes open or closed. the whole body is the witness, but it is not the body that is the origin. am looking forward to more from Deepak on the practices that might assist in the process of Self realization/actualization.
