such great ways to change your attitude around making friends as adults. Especially loved and agree that we are actually in much better position to make friends as we are comfortable and confident in ourselves. I think another point is that we get less opportunties to meet new people as adults that are in the "same" stage in life as us compared to school and uni. But we can always continue to seek those environments and also be open to be friends with people that are not in the same place in life as ours
Whoever I get close with, they eventually leave me/forget about me and thats really hurtful. Which is why Im anxious to try to form a connection with anyone these days
