A BIRD IN THE HAND IS WORTH TWO IN THE BUSH. My advice is to rent it out for a long time ,get the money to process your travel or use it as a COLLATERAL to obtain loan from a bank and use that money for travel .Once you get to your travel destination,you could pay the loan back and still have your house That is my advice.
What kind of 4 bedroom and where was it built? Accra, Kumasi or any of the regional capitals? The place count very much.A plot in Accra and Kumasi cost ghc 350 to 100,000 averagely. I can say a house sold less than ghc 100,000 was not within Accra or Kumasi. Mind your age before you decide to come to Europe. Coming to Europe above 40 yrs without paper is not a good decision. Mark my word. I leave in Germany Europe, ask people and see what they will tell you about getting paper in Germany. The frustration and stress you will go through. Think well before making a decision. The best decision is the one you decide yourself.

I don’t know what state u reside. I assume u live in Massachusetts from a short statement you made. There are stringent rules against maltreatment of senior citizens. I am a one myself (even tho I don’t live in a nursing home). My uncle who is 97 years old & is in a nursing facility in Texas gets super excellent care. In fact any facility in any state can lose its license to operate. The employer or employees can be charged, arrested & prosecuted for maltreating senior citizens.
