I mean to be fair Tori is mostly a vocal artist than an actual pop artist. She prioritizes good vocal technicalities over any other facet in music, so naturally she'll attract people who can actually sing and have an ear for that kind of talent. She's not for the general public. Which probably also explains her apparent "underratedness."
