can you tell me if this a good workout routine, so for example if it were a leg day i would first do an olympic lift like a power clean for 5x3 then some other pylometrics and then i would start the real lifts with a compound like a squat 5x3 then i would follow the compound lift with other accessory lifts for 4x12
