The girl in the video is indeed not blind, that's called acting. This was a small school project, needless to say we were short on budget. We did the best we could with what we had and got pretty positive responses. I am proud of my film.
I agree with you and, at the same time respectfuly disagree with you. These are children whom are attempting to get grade on their school project as is stated above. It is not their intent to insult or, mock the blind community. Though it does look kind of bad to have uploaded the short film on youtube. I have beeen around blind people my entire life including myself. I attended Perkins School For The Blind until I was twenty. I knew right from the off that she was not blind. No scarring. See?

I only say that because all through high school I dated a blind girl and she closed her eyes most of the time. I'm not knocking your video at all, it's simply the experience I had with her.
Not all of us who are blind close our eyes. Your comment is very disrespectful to blind people. I keep my eyes open. Not every blind person is exactly like your girlfriend.

I know a lot of blind people, none of them ever keep their eyes closed.
I only knew two and one did and one didn't. It's a well done video and the young lady does a great job.
