The hard swap windlass and weapon mastery not giving -5% phys damage bug lol Love the build but still wish ranged damage wasnt the name of the game.

@@INFJ-ThaneTr It was changed to be a 5/5 split magic/phys from a patch not long ago, so no longer 10 phys. OP I think means that there is a bug where the 5% dmg penalty isn't working as intended.
