As a recovering addict I really struggle with those days and usually sit around my apartment feeling lost. If you've got any insight into handling shitty days I'd love to hear it. Hello mate, I've been through this myself and sitting around your apartment is the worst thing that you can do. My mental health deteriorated badly when I did this and now I am wise to it, I always go out and do something. Even just going out for a walk can be very beneficial to you, as it gives you a chance to get some fresh air, exercise and do some proper thinking. Longer term, you want to get a job and some hobbies and a regular exercise routine to keep your mind and body occupied. Be well.
Hello mate I've been clean from heroin and all other drugs and alcohol for 3 years now (I was addicted for 28years) in the early days (1st year)I joined a 24 HR gym and just went and trained even if it was for only 30 mins at a time.also swimming and on line meetings if I couldn't get to a physical meeting.
Exercise Cousin, exercise .... slow steady dopamine release, helps keep the mind balanced... watch content that has a positive, motivating feel to it... most of here who watch Paddy are ex , or still suffering addicts... stay strong ..❤️✝️👑🙏🏻🏴🇬🇧 🇦🇺

To be fair! I like watching paddy and his video's, but his story is no different to thousands of drug addicted petty criminals, I know loads just like him. I have been addicted for nearly 30 years, so hang around in circles with repeat offenders, there stories are just like paddy's. I doubt there is a book in him that is any different to tens of thousands of other people. (No disrespect to paddy)
Because of the firearm and the laws in Scotland but sloth took it home then rung the police got them to come and get it said he was protecting public and didn’t want to make a formal statement but then sent the video his bird took anonymously to police knowing he would get jail and because it had ball bearings wrapped in paper so it would fire they classed it as a firearm 😂😂 😂 but sloth was running round spray painting putting posters up and then videoing himself live chasing pizza about in his car with his crew whilst calling everyone a grass 😂😂😂😂
