@@patcantfilm that's a damn good choice. Looking to apply to attend classes at Sophia. Want to get a degree in mechanical engineering. Do the teach the classes in English or will I need to have a strong grasp of the Japanese language beforehand?
Yo, Patrick. What is the rock climbing place called? I want to check it out when I go. Thanks for the dope vid as usual. If you are trying to learn some Japanese I would recommend Bunpo and Busuu for mobile. Papago for translation. Line for chat and friends. and renshuu for the computer. Take care bro. Looks like a blast.
Appreciate the support man!! Sadly I don't remember since this was at the beginning of my exchange, but there are a lot of good climbing gyms in tokyo:)
Hi! I'm going to Sophia for an exchange year in September, just wondering what you think the ideal is for accomodation. I want to be social and not have curfews etc. I'm thinking of staying at a UniNest house that isnt part of Sophia but do you recommend Soshigaya / Arrupe? Thanks!!
@@patcantfilm Too bad. Well if you are walking around campus and see and older individual wearing a maroon WPI (Worcester Polytechnic Institute) sweatshirt, that would be my brother Richard . Say hi to him. His sight is poor these days but he often sits outside on nice days. This will be my first trip ever to Japan so I became interested in your experiences.

Enjoy your videos. Maybe I will run into you. I will be there for 2 weeks in mid April visiting my brother who is a retired SJ Prof there.
Thank you! I will be gone by that time sadly

you have some magnificent transitions
Thank you!
Btw dude, can that uni be applied with only GED and IELTS or do i need SAT?
Are you get support from scholarship or how are you living there
it looks fun
Are you living on the campus? If not, how did you find housing?
I'm not, my housing was arranged through Sophia University!
@@patcantfilm Could I also ask what your budget is like for the semester at Sophia (excluding tuition)
Btw, what’s your major?
