      @@orangejjay That....and the scale that some military's can expend artillery shells are insane. Like I think they said Russia was using 60,000 shells per day....you nor I can fathom what a pile of 60,000 shells looks like. You seen maybe 100 in this entire video lol

      It needs a fully automatic process with one shell every second. 3600 shells per hour.

    I used to material handle these products in Socal in the 80's, now only 1 factory does this on east coast, USA, during cold war, several company's produced steel for defense & mfg. Quality is a must.

    Sometimes the old ways are not only the fastest and the best but they make you sit back and respect the people who could design and build this stuff with pretty much none of the technology that we have today.

    • @nick4819
      @nick4819 2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      What are you talking about? They are using tons of tech to make these shells. The old ways are not the best ways...in any case. There's a reason processes change. They change for improvement....they don't change them for negative impacts. Shells of today are flying further and further than ever before. They absolutely must be precise. Way more precise than what you can see with your eye. They are literally trying to put these shells within a 3-5m square....from 10, 20, 30km+ away. Precision in manufacturing is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to achieve this.

    I don't understand your comment. Even if this isn't just good journalism and it's is actually a sponsored filming, why is that a bad thing?
    Do you realize how difficult it is to get out there today when just a few international companies hold monopoly in sales and marketing? If you had any brain, you would like and share this video and help smaller manufacturers around the world to develop and spread as much as possible, as it directly stiffens up the competition and in return gives better and cheaper products to all buyers..
    I think army recognition is doing a great thing here, and should continue to spread information about less known businesses and industries around the globe.

    Thats cool looking factory!
    The people who negatively comment have no idea that for any country, the production of its defenses is critically important as a means to limit enemies from wanting to attack it and ruin all of the work of its citizens. If there was no defense industry and no companies willing to be a apart of that, the country would quickly be overrun by whoever had the capability of doing so, just to get access to that countries resources. To many people these days have no understanding, because they grew up during a time of peace that the only reason that there IS peace, is because there was a lot of bloodshed and violence that occurred in the past. To overlook that is to slap in the face those who gave up their lives in the past for OUR current peace! Its unfair to their memory to mock the modern defense industry. Look again at this video, the factory is clean, safe, well lit and modern. If the industry didn't care about its workers, it would be a dingy hell hole, and its clearly not!

Not THAT easy to cover as it used to be a few years ago but still feasible. The government institutions meant for covering and chasing such cases, being considered as a later, and minor problem in that manner.
      It would require some measures of personal safety since lots of those who can offer such equipment would go for taking care of your cash and not delivering stuff - which could work as a form of try out of your accountability - if you are a serious client. Not always, but in many cases - yes.

      That style casing manufacture dates to the turn of the last century and there's nothing bad about it. Mass production like this is not far removed (except in metallurgy!) from WWI production methods which work just fine for the purpose and are highly reliable. Here's a similar WWI era example. The process is really elegantly simple and highly refined. It made hundreds of millions, perhaps billions of projectiles used in every war:

Someone makes every single bomb, bullet, and missile that is fired or launched. The larger munitions as you've seen are manufactured by a very complex process.

    Sramota od firme,radnici se preko političkih partija zapošljavaju,uslovi rada nikakvi,tehnologija zastarela...Smešno,Direktor kao i većina radnika nije kvalifikovano za ovaj posao !The embarrassment of the company, the workers are employed through political parties, the conditions of work are no, the technology is obsolete ... Funny, the Director, as well as the majority of workers is not qualified for this job!

Jedino je reklama lepa,haha...She does not know what a better director is, who is appointed party-to-function, who does not have the necessary qualifications, and who is a plain bastard and non-worker or workers who are unqualified and drunk spend a working day! The only ad is pretty, haha
